Claim Settlement Procedure

  • In case of claim, intimation of claim should be provided to the company via our toll free number, email or other means as soon as the incident happens.
  • After receipt of claim intimation, company will review the claimed loss in accordance of the issued policy and if found to be processed, claim will be recorded in system.
  • After reviewing the nature and quantum of loss, company may depute licensed surveyor for assessment of loss or settle the claim deputing in house surveyor or collecting the required documents from insured.
  • After receiving the survey report or collection of all required documents, claim will be processed and a discharge voucher indicating full & final amount of payment will be issued to the customer.
  • After receipt of duly signed discharge voucher by issuing cheque in favour of client or initiating online transfer, payment process will be completed.

Special Provision

  • In the class of Motor Insurance company has implemented a special claim settlement procedure called "VIP on the Spot". In this process small and own damage claims of Motor vehicle will be settled asking only minimum documents, immediately after receipt of final bill from insured.
