With each passing year, we tend to vividly remember Fiscal Year 2016/017, which was an extra challenging year for the company. Despite the devastating earthquake that shook the entire nation in the year 2014/015, everything we tackled with and achieved is a tribute to the commitment of our stakeholders. As one of Nepal's leading insurer for over 21 years, we know that our competitive advantage lies in our ability to maintain a difference in the service that we provide. To sustain in the global era of competition and stay ahead, last year we launched Sagarmatha VIP on the SPOT claim settlement service for our existing and potential customers. We established separate customer care department team to provide best service to the customers 24 hours. Looking ahead to the rest of 2017/018 and beyond, our foremost priority will be to improve consumer enthusiasm and devotion towards the general insurance industry. We are looking forward to provide higher standards of customer service through best available insurance protection policy that fits our customers’ needs.
