The final agreement between Sunrise Bank Limited has been made. The agreement has been signed by Chairman Mr. Moti Lal Dugad on behalf of the Bank's Board of Directors and Chairman Laxmidasa Manandhar on behalf of the Board of Directors of Narayani National Finance. For this, Nepal Rastra Bank has given permission in 3rd Jestha 2073. According to an agreement, the special general meeting has been called on 20 May 2073 for taking permission of shareholders of both companies. After the proposal has passed through the special general meeting, the bank announced to give the application to Nepal Rastra Bank for the final approval. After getting the final approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the plan for initiating the mid-integrated business within the last week of Ashad is made. The capital receipt is going to reach 4 billion with 67 branches and 50 billion of deposit with 43 billion debt is been informed.
